Movebaby Returns and Refund Policy


1. Return Policy


At Movebaby, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after receipt Returns. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


The product must be in good, new condition as it was when you received it.

All associated accessories, manuals, and any free items must be returned complete and in their original packaging.

The product must not show any signs of wear. Damaged or incomplete products are not eligible for return.

Do not use materials such as heavy-duty tape (e.g., duct tape), glue, pens, or markers on the original packaging. The packaging is part of the product and should therefore be kept in a clean, reusable condition.

If the packaging becomes unusable or seriously damaged due to incorrect use of such products, the additional costs for this will be charged and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.


2. Return process


To return a product, please follow the steps below:


Take in 30 days After receiving your order, please contact our customer service via contact@movebaby.nl to register your return.

You will then receive a confirmation and further instructions for returning the product.

Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our part, such as delivering an incorrect or defective product.


3. Inspection and Approval


After receiving the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. This process may take up to 3 working days take. Once the product is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.


4. Refund


Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.


If the returned product doesn't meet the return policy, we'll contact you to discuss further steps. In that case, we can either return the product or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.


5. Exceptions


The following products are not eligible for return:


Products that are damaged or show signs of use.

Incomplete items that are missing accessories, manuals or other parts.

Products that have not been returned in their original packaging.
