These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through Movebaby. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offers and prices

All prices on the website include VAT. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Movebaby makes every effort to display all information accurately. Errors may occur.

4. Orders and delivery

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Delivery is via DHL in the Netherlands and via DHL or bpost in Belgium.

4.1 Free accessories and gifts

Some strollers may come with free accessories or extra items. These accessories are offered as a gift and are not part of the purchased product.

An accessory may be missing or not delivered. No rights can be derived from this. Movebaby does not provide a warranty on these accessories and is not obligated to supply or reimburse them.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website including ideal credit card and klarnaPayment is made immediately upon placing the order.

6. Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, undamaged, and complete with the original packaging and standard included parts. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that the product must meet reasonable expectations based on the product description. Free accessories or gifts are not covered by the warranty.

9. Liability

Movebaby is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages or lost profits. Liability is limited to the order amount.

Movebaby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amended terms and conditions will apply to new orders from the moment of publication.

11. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
